Return & Refund Policy

We are pleased to offer all customers our return and refund service of 7 days. This period starts from the day the order was delivered to the customer to the day NEIMU receives the returned product from the customer. NEIMU must receive the returned item no later than 7 days after your delivery date. Prior to sending back to us, please notify us by email to, stating your order number and the reason why you want to return the product. After approving your application, we will forward you a return number that you should state on your return shipping seal. 

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

  • Items must be returned free of smell, unwashed, unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
  • Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
  • When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.
  • If an item has a NEIMU security tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned unbroken with the tag in its original position.
  • Jewelry must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including all branded packaging and documents provided with it.

Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. The product should be carefully and properly packaged (in box) to be for transport without stickers, pin messages etc. If the product is packaged carelessly, expenses for repackaging and repair are passed to the customer because otherwise, the product is not saleable.

NEIMU reserves the right to evaluate returned / defective items prior to repairs or exchanges. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

Each product can only be exchanged once (applies to full price items and not on sale items). Returns of goods are at the sole discretion of NEIMU and based on the price in-store at the time or the product of equal value.

If the customer is unable to choose a suitable product to exchange, will send the customer a voucher equal to the amount purchased by the customer (excluding shipping costs). The voucher expiration date is 180 days from the date of issue.


Cancelling an order

If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us by email to within 24h after submitting your order. Your refund will be completed to the full amount via the original payment method unless you chose Cash on Delivery during checkout. As your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch, we are unable to approve any cancellation applications once your order has been processed within 24h of purchase. Please refer to Return Policy in that case.
